October, 1911 Group photo of people at Neillsville Train Depot  going to Black River Falls to see the devastating Flood Damage.  All communities along the Black River suffered flood damage, but downtown Black River Falls was completely destroyed.

Summer - 1911 Neillsville area men building a new cement Dam on O’Neill Creek at Hewett St. bridge.  Far right (hat) is John (Tom) Hommel - City Street Supervisor.  They are using Tom’s new portable cement mixer to help build the Dam.
